A heavy duty cleaner for the removal of carbonized soils from donut, potato chip and other deep fryers and industrial fryers. This white granular product is free-flowing, dustless and completely soluble in water. It has a a emulsifying action to break up oils, grease and soils. Deep fryer cleaner uses suspension action and prevents soil re-deposition. Water softening action eliminates scale formation. Detergent action ensures film-free surfaces and it is free rinsing.
